SSC consists Rheocasting and Thixocasting. Here we provide Rheocasting most advance with shorter processing and high efficiency than Thixocasting. There are 300T*2sets and 500T*99sets imported semi-solid casting machines with biggest scale in the world so far.
Techniques:
1、Equipments: 500T*99sets, 300T*2sets. 500,000ps/day.
Process specification: Projected area ≤ 800CM2, Thickness ≥0.3mm,Weight ≤ 800g ;
2、 Tempreture: SSC tempreture is low60~100℃ than traditional casting, avoid melting hurm to Mg alloy.
3、 Procision/Hardness/Density: The porosity of SSC is 0.4~1.8, the porosity of traditional casting is 2.5~3.0, improve quality and mechainecs performance.
4、 EP /Corrosion resisting/Anti-oxidized Index: SSC don’t touch any air, no Ar or SF6 as protective gas, free from contamination and No environmental pollution .
5、 Fraction Defective: simplify process and shorter process time, techniques is advanced and mature, fraction defective is very low.
Only semi-solid casting alloy can meet high density, high strength and more reliability mechanical components, such as car brake cylinder, light vehicle wheel hub, stub axle, redirector housing, pump, valve and suspension bracket etc.
